Colombia. ABC&D is a smart retail brand for finishes, furniture, and construction services, which opened its doors in the city of Medellín a year ago. As its commercial director, Juliana Yepes, explained to AVI Latin America, it is a dream come true for four entrepreneurs in the construction sector.
It seeks to improve the experience of customers when they have the dream of building their house or the headquarters of their business or company, so that they do not have to go to a large number of suppliers, but that in a single space there is a team that can guide and support them in that negotiation, easier and faster and without being more expensive.
"There are 30 representatives of many brands, through which the customer can have high-end, exclusive imported products, as well as generic construction products that allow savings to be generated when it comes to making the project a reality. They can find everything from cement to a work of art," he said.
And it is precisely in this space that the Yamaki company and three allied companies: One Screen, DBA Acústica and Estudios de Iluminación, decided to come together to create a meeting room and a training room with the latest in audio, video, lighting, automation and acoustic control technology, which serves both as a meeting room and as a technological showroom for ABC&D's clients.
Edgar Rincón, commercial manager of Yamaki, was in charge of leading the inauguration of this space, which brought together architects and designers, who were able to learn in detail about all the solutions for various spaces, such as residential, corporate and commercial, among others.
He stressed to AVI Latin America that this space will serve so that the three Yamaki allied companies can provide customers with solutions together, according to the experience of each one.
Estudios de Iluminación is the firm that will be present in the showroom of ABC&D. Andrés Ángel, representative of the firm, pointed out that "this space is created for collaboration, we decided to also bring the brands that we distribute and other allies so that they accompany us and feel the collaboration as suppliers within the project".
Sebastián Rengifo, partner and project director of DBA Acústica, indicated that in this space they are supporting with the acoustic conditioning of the showroom. "We came with the companies that we have here to complement the acoustic part, highlighting the importance of the acoustic part and how to modify an intervention in a space."
Finally, Alexander Bermúdez, One Screen's representative in Colombia, mentioned that the company's participation in this showroom is related to video and interactivity solutions, with the interactive screens they offer for the different corporate spaces and digital signage, among others.
