Presidential Room Received Complete AV Renovation

Sala presidencial recibió una completa renovación AV

Panama. Intech Engineering Inc. received a request from Panama's Banco Banistmo to update its presidential hall. With an old AV system that had been in place for over eight years, the challenge was clear: to bring cutting-edge technology to the heart of their conference space. The integrator created a solution that would improve the room's capabilities.

The task at hand involved a complete overhaul of the existing setup, focusing on seamless integration for presentation and video conferencing needs. Guided by a commitment to easy-to-use functionality and uncompromising quality, Intech Engineering Inc. embarked on a journey to redefine the room's audio-visual landscape.

A central element of the project was the implementation of MuxLab equipment, including 8 encoders and 4 decoders meticulously placed to optimize performance. These components formed the backbone of a sophisticated video distribution system, interacting seamlessly with the conference table, video conferencing codec, and wireless presentation equipment.

Complemented by two monitors and a projector, the room was set up to deliver immersive experiences tailored to every occasion, whether it's a high-stakes presentation or a critical video conference.

As a nod to the demands of the banking sector, where innovation is paramount, Intech Engineering Inc. spared no effort to ensure that the new technology integrated seamlessly with existing workflows. The result? A dynamic AV ecosystem that effortlessly meets the changing needs of modern meetings and conferences.

Intech Engineering Inc. used Creston technology to integrate the AV implementation, allowing users to navigate the system with ease through their iPads. Following the successful implementation of the upgrade, Banco Banistmo de Panamá witnessed a remarkable transformation in the performance of the room with greater clarity and audiovisual stability.
