Christie Launches Solutions for IP Video and Processing

Christie lanzó soluciones para procesamiento y video sobre IP

Latin America. Christie has introduced two new products: Spyder-S Series, with five variants for multi-screen window management processing, is useful for live events, broadcast and sports venues; and Mastering Gateway, is useful for the smooth distribution of high-definition, 4K, and 8K video over IP networks for post-production, live events, and broadcasts.

The Spyder-S Series expands the Spyder platform with features that redefine real-time multi-screen window management and processing. It supports high-definition, 4K, and 8K resolutions with ultra-low latency. Spyder-S ensures synchronized image quality that is perfect for critical applications such as live events, sports venues and broadcast.

Compatible with the latest standards such as HDMI 2.1, DP 1.4 and SDI 12G, Spyder-S can handle up to 64 inputs and layers in one or more pixel spaces, each displayed in up to 32 canvas outputs. It supports ultra-high-resolution content with an unlimited number of windows per screen.

The Mastering Gateway offers the industry's most advanced tools for distributing uncompressed high-definition, 4K, and 8K video, audio, and metadata over IP networks, all with zero latency frames. This solution is designed for live events, post-production, and visual effects workflows, ensuring unprecedented connectivity and performance.

It supports the ST 2110-20,30 and 40 protocol for the transmission of uncompressed content over IP networks and transmits real-time content with 12-bit color depth and RGB 4:4:4, to meet the growing demand for HDR in post-production.
