In a year marked by technological acceleration and digital transformation in Latin America, Panduit concluded 2024 as its sixth consecutive year with an increase in demand for solutions and market share, reaching a growth of 9.4% in Latin America, which consolidates it as the main benchmark in the region.
This growth was mainly driven by the growing demand in data centers, derived from the rise of artificial intelligence, as well as by the industrial and manufacturing sector, particularly in Mexico, with 6.5% of the total 9.4% in Latin America. | the Caribbean with 19% and Central America with 11% | in Peru with 25%, where according to the company they had a very good year despite the competitiveness of their market.
A year of achievements and leadership
Panduit closed 2024 with five cabling and data center projects that exceeded USD 2 million in turnover, marking a milestone in the sector. By 2025, the company has plans to expand and adapt to emerging trends in the sector.
The regions with the highest growth in Latin America were Brazil, Mexico and Peru. In the specific case of Mexico, the states of Bajío and the north of the country were key to the company's performance, while in Colombia, Bogotá and Medellín stood out as the main markets, and in Peru, Lima led the demand for Panduit solutions.
"Our growth was made possible by the trust of our customers and business partners. We have been meeting our goals for 17 consecutive quarters, which reaffirms our commitment to excellence and innovation," said Carlos Arochi, director of Panduit LATAM.
Despite the challenges presented by political instability in some countries in the region, the company managed to overcome difficulties by strengthening the relationship with its customers and differentiating itself by its quality and reliability. In addition, the company stood out in innovation with solutions such as FMP, UPS and Verysafe, which were widely accepted in the market.
Strategy and expectations for 2025
By 2025, Panduit will continue its sustained growth strategy, maintaining its market leadership and expanding into new geographies and sectors. One of the company's key focuses will be innovation in renewable energy and electrical infrastructure, as well as the expansion of the Internet of Things (IoT).
