The security of more than 32,000 inhabitants of the town of Les Mureaux, in France, is monitored from a contol room where the video surveillance system is managed using the Mediawall of Agelec, partner of RGB Spectrum, a dual-screen processor that allows you to easily visualize the different areas, streets and avenues.The urban monitoring centre operates in line with the municipal police and national and local public safety, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The display solution is divided into three sections and features LCD monitors for individual video feeds , as before. There are also two arrays of LCD screens with a MediaWall 2000 processor, input sources for computer and composite video, IP decoders and RGB analogue. The maps are displayed in the background of the screens and the contents of the cameras on the relative screens depending on the location of the equipment in the locality.
