During the 2010 version of the CEDIA Expo, attendees will be able to attend courses, seminars and certification programs in sustainable lifestyles through the rational use of electrical energy, photovoltaic systems, among others, as part of CEDIA's Initiative for Sustainable Lifestyles to create environmental responsibility.Among the courses offered are two at CEDIA University's Electronic Systems Designer college and at Home Energy Team Institute. There will also be a panel on "The Future of Energy Management", taught by leaders in consumer technology, energy management and smart grid technology, contributing their views on the electronics industry and electricity management.
In addition, four other panels on future technologies will be offered to attendees of this event, with the themes: Digital Health for the Home, the Future of Residential Communications, the Future of Entertainment, and "HDMI in the hot chair". CEDIA Expo 2010 will be held from September 22 to 26 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, where the latest technologies in home entertainment, home automation, security, energy management, among others, will be presented.
