InfoComm Virtual Courses Begin

alt"The fundamentals of the AV industry - GEN109SP" is the first topic that the InfoComm Academy will dictate this 2012 in its virtual activities.

This course, which runs from March 5 to April 5, will be held virtually with one-hour classes, twice a week (Tuesday and Thursday). The cost of the training is US$600 for members (50% of the value can be paid with EduBucks® - final value to be paid: US$300) --- US$900 non-members.

It should be noted that this course is a preparation to present the exam to obtain the Recognized AV Technologist certificate from InfoComm.

The second activity is the virtual training "Ohm's Law and Calculation of Speaker Impedance", which will be held on March 5 and 11, with 90-minute classes and a value of US$150 for members (50% of the value can be paid with EduBucks® – final value to be paid: US$75) / US$225 non-members.

- Publicidad -

This two-class course spread over a week is ideal for technicians involved in the installation of audio systems. The correct impedance calculation and the proper handling of the speaker distribution possibilities can result in the success or failure of an installation.
