The SF 26CT model of the Extron SoundField XD series is a 16.5-centimeter two-way roof speaker that features a 20.3 cm deep composite rear container for use on plenum-rated roofs. The acoustic enclosure as a whole includes a 16.5 cm woofer coupled to a tweeter with a 1.9 cm ferrofluid cooling dome.
The SF 26CT allows direct 8 ohm and 70/100 V operation, with a six-position power selector located behind the grille. In addition, it has adjustment positions in 70/100 V of 8W, 16W, 32W and 64W, making it ideal for applications that require a high power distributed speaker system.
The SF 26CT provides a wider and more uniform frequency from 65 Hz to 22 kHz, and has been designed with a conical dispersion of 111° that ensures excellent voice intangibility on and off the axis. The power rate of 130 W of continuous program also offers this speaker support for the production of music in moderate to high output systems.
