Audio-Technica's AT-LP1240-USB XP turntable is specially designed for use by DJs in clubs or on tour, as well as music lovers with vinyl record collections. It features a built-in switchable preamplifier for ease of use with various receivers, self-powered speakers, and other A/V components.
The equipment is fully manual operated and has a high-torque multipolar motor with direct drive for demanding professional use and a USB port that allows direct connection to a computer for easy conversion from LP to digital format, as well as silent operation at 33-1/3, 45 or 78 rpm.
Other features include a damped cast aluminum plate with strobe speed indicator and sliding mat, a illuminated speed indicator and pitch control, start/stop buttons, needle signal light and is compatible with most available audio processing software.
Included with the product is a dual RCA output cable with ground wire, two output adapter cables, USB cable, power cable, 45 rpm adapter, AT-XP5 DJ phonographic cartridge; head; counterweight; needle signaling light; DJ style sliding mat and detachable dust cover.
