Alteros

The GTX Series system from Alteros, an Audio-Technica company, is a wireless microphone solution that operates beyond the UHF and VHF bands, which does not require frequency coordination, licensing, database registration or STA and does not generate interference.
This solution is ideal for operation between studies, as it emits less radiation than any computer and does not interfere with signals in the surroundings.
It integrates three components, the GTX3224 control unit, the GTX24 transmitter and the GTX32 transceiver. The GTX24-HHP and GTX24-HHB handheld transmitters will be launched by the end of 2018. The control unit supports up to 24 channels, additionally 24 channels of talkback audio and eight channels of allocation in just 3U of rack space. Up to 32 GTX32 transceivers can be connected to the GTX3224 using shielded Cat5 cable.
This solution received three awards during the last edition of NAB: the "Best of NAB" from the publishers of Streaming Media and Streaming Media Producer, and two "Best of Show" awards from NewBay Media.
