QSC
The new CX-Q series network power amplifiers for the Q-SYS ecosystem include four- and eight-channel models that can take advantage of the network's routing capabilities, as well as advanced speaker processing, control, monitoring and output.
As a native peripheral to the Q-SYS ecosystem, these network amplifiers help implement technologies such as Intrinsic Correction, which improves the performance and protection of QSC speakers, allowing integrators to leverage a native AV&C approach and build a system that performs superior to that of a system using third-party amplifier solutions.
They also feature two QSC amplifier innovations: FlexAmp and FAST (Flexible Summing Amplifier Technology). The former allows asymmetric charging of the output channel by extracting large power reserves and distributing custom output power levels per channel, while the latter allows the channels to be combined to deliver higher voltage loads (up to 200 Vrms of output) or higher current loads (up to 35 A).
