Sonos
The new Port is an audio streaming component for residential or commercial systems. It replaces the Sonos Connect, adding a 12V trigger, AirPlay 2 and an optimized DAC, and can be located on a shelf or mounted in an AV rack.
It can be connected to amplified audio equipment via analog (RCA) or digital (coaxial) audio outputs. Audio input allows you to connect external devices and stream to multiple zones through the Sonos ecosystem. Press "play" in the Sonos app and the 12V trigger will automatically turn on the amplifier or A/V receiver.
Its configuration can be done through WiFi and plays streaming of music, podcasts, audiobooks and Internet radio on your amplified audio equipment. It can also be controlled using the Sonos app (iOS, Android, and PC), Apple AirPlay 2 to stream sound directly from an iPhone or iPad, or with Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant. It is distributed by Audio Video Export.
