Datapath has released iolite, a series of controllers for Video Walls on small and medium-scale walls. The autonomous and compact iolite system fits perfectly into the market of retail stores or other places of this style, offering them low noise in emissions and high level of customization and flexibility.
The drivers of the compact iolite system can be combined with up to six Vision Datapaths and with decoder and graphics cards to offer a flexible mix of inputs, outputs and SQX IP visualizations.
Video Wall visualizations can be created using 4K or HD outputs, depending on the requirements of each application. The system provides digital advertising and fits easily under a counter or behind an exhibition space, as well as being used for capturing or playing local video.
The system can also decode and feed content to multiple locations at the same time with SQX technology. It measures just 176 x 250 x 320 mm and comes with six PCIe Gen2 x8 slots. It also includes Wi-Fi, eight USB ports, and an Ethernet port, analog audio ports, and Windows Ultimate operating software.
