The ATEN VE8950 is a 4K over IP HDMI extender that offers optimal audio and video signals via LAN, allows reliable and flexible transmission of 4K signals, supports CEC with a recessed channel or separately for lossless HD audio format. The VE8950 features a built-in scaler that allows for video wall and Seamless Switch configurations.
The GUI allows drag and drop access and configuration to be intuitive and simple; shows a preview of fonts without requiring additional software. In addition, the VE8950 can be operated by the buttons on the main panel, using the IDs of each of the transmitters and receivers to configure the connections of the arrays, at the same time the audio can be extracted from the HDMI and sent to an extended receiver as a separate audio signal.
