The VP2730 is a multi-purpose presentation switch that integrates video matrix switch with scaler, transmission, audio mixer, HDBaseT extender and analog-to-digital converter functions into one compact device, with seven multi-format inputs to two HDMI outputs and one HDBaseT.
With all these features, the equipment thus allows for larger meetings and facilitates collaboration between local and remote participants in boardrooms, videoconferencing rooms, conference rooms or distance learning classrooms.
The VP2730 comes with a simple and accessible OSD and web GUI to streamline the operation of local and remote participants. Not only does it allow the meeting presenter to share video content at up to five remote sites, it also allows remote sites or local participants to wirelessly stream their content.
The moderator can monitor and switch between sources in all full-screen, dual-view, tri-view, quad-view, or PIP modes, with up to six fonts displayed simultaneously on one screen. It also includes a built-in audio mixer.
