MicroTiles LEDs are a flexible solution for creating video walls with narrow pixel pitch LED technology and intelligent mechanical design, which continues the legacy of innovation established by the original MicroTiles platform and propels it forward, eliminating the main challenges of today's LED displays.
With the patented QuickMount system, this solution uses custom mounting templates, laser-cut steel mounting sheets and machined wall anchors to eliminate any alignment problems, coupled with the Click-n-Go magnetic system, dramatically increasing installation speed, at a lower cost.
Each individual display is automatically detected and located using IR neighbor detection capability, while the sensor-based AutoMatch feature automatically combines color and brightness to achieve greater than 97% uniformity across the entire display throughout the lifetime.
