The DA4 12G HD-SDI is a compact four-output distribution amplifier for multi-speed SDI digital video signals, capable of up to 4K video at 60fps.
This device supports all common serial digital video data rates of up to 11.88 Gbps, while passing HDR, built-in audio, and other ancillary data allowed by SMPTE and ITU standards.
When used with the RG6 cable as an input cable, automatic equalization adds up to 300 meters for SDI, 240 meters for HD-SDI, 180 meters for 3G-SDI, 90 meters for 6G-SDI, and 70 meters for 12G-SDI digital video. In addition, the automatic output reclocking function reconfigures and restores signal timing at each output to add space when connecting multiple devices.
The DA4 is housed in a quarter-wide metal rack cabinet, which allows for various mounting options with integration into new and existing AV systems.
