Datapath announced a new suite of premium services for its customers worldwide, which adds to Datapath's high standards of customer service with extended warranties, fast changeover times, 24-hour technical support, among other benefits.
This service is available for all Datapath VSN and iolite video wall controllers, X-series multi-display controllers, and WallControl 10 software, allowing customers to access faster, more comprehensive technical support on the market.
A previously configured and operating system that presents failures will be able to receive a solution in maximum 48 hours from the diagnosis, and usually much earlier. Warranties can now be extended up to five years.
