With an elegant, functional and discreet design to integrate into any space, FBT's Vertus CLA column system is compact and offers great sound quality capable of successfully solving situations where conventional systems are not suitable.
The cylindrical wavefront of the CLA system projects the sound forward very precisely and coherently, without poor performance with respect to the typical reverberation in conventional speakers, directing acoustic energy where it is not necessary.
The cla406A's case is constructed of birch plywood, with internal metal reinforcements that ensure its stability. It consists of four custom speakers of 6.5 "and neodymium treble motor in large format of 1.4", with coil of 2.5 ", to obtain a frequency response of 65 to 20kHz.
The waveguide, specifically designed for this product and optimized by means of BEM (finite element simulation), has a horizontal dispersion of 100x 25º vertically, with low distortion thanks to the optimal load seen by the transducer diaphragm. The height of the waveguide allows optimal vertical control throughout the transducer use band and allows the union of two systems in a consistent manner, beyond 18kHz.
The AMPLIFIER module of CLA406A is built on cast aluminum with natural dissipation, with 600W for the bass track and 300W for the treble, with class D amplification. The latest generation of DSP algorithms offers eight presets that ensure perfect sound in every application, plus a generous headroom for maximum reliability and signal integrity.
