The new ezEX 38 RJ45 step connector is designed for cables and conductors of a small insulation diameter typically found on thinner Cat5e and Cat6 cables, offering a full range of insulation diameters from 0.033 to 0.048 inches.
The ezEX 38 features the same patented Hi-Lo stepped load bar, which allows conductors to pass through the front end of the connector, making it easy to verify the wiring sequence before finishing.
The compatible pressing tool is the EXO Crimp Frame and EXO-EX Die.
Additional features include a simple one-piece design with no bars or linings, 50-micron gold-plated contacts, and compliance with TIA, TAA, RoHS, UL, and FCC standards.
