The Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) will offer free, world-class education in Spanish at TecnoMultimedia, an event to be held on November 4 and 5, 2010 in Medellin, Colombia.
CEDIA courses for the Colombian market have been selected based on CEDIA University's educational programs. The participation of electronic systems contractors is of great importance to the mission of the Association. The latter is based on the growth and sustainability of the industry through education, outreach, certification and networking, seeking to train and certify electronic systems contractors.
The education of CEDIA University includes essential contents for the successful operation of businesses in this area, pretending that its members work with the highest levels of professionalism with the help of continuing education and certification with the Association, which is a vehicle for professionals in the sector, who demonstrate their credibility to architects, contractors, interior designers, consumers, as well as manufacturers.
The CEDIA network is a valuable tool with more than 3,000 members around the world that facilitates the opening of new opportunities in a company. This network has been present since 1989, continues to grow and with its presence opens the doors to Latin America. If professionals in the region continue to be trained, the industry will continue to grow and advance.
These educational scopes seek to include professionals from other sectors such as architects, contractors, interior designers and consumers, to show them not only the importance of technology in the home, but also the need to hire a certified professional trained by CEDIA. The Association also participates in architecture, design and construction events to promote the work of its member professionals and generate contacts in those areas.
