Until a few years ago, companies in the audiovisual industry in Latin America had a local vision of the business, which did not allow them to achieve partnerships or joint work with their peers in the sector, affecting overall growth in the long run.
Fortunately, this panorama has changed and today it is gratifying to see how in the region the experiences of collaborative projects between different 'competitor' companies are growing.
In addition, there is an interest on the part of companies to belong to the growing number of associations such as the Global Presence Alliance, GPA, or PSNI Global Alliance, which seek to generate networks of integrators that help to execute global projects locally and also have a high educational and training component.
Likewise, in response to the growth of segments of the audiovisual industry in Latin America, local associations have emerged that are doing important work in favor of the industry. Examples can be found in Mexico and Brazil in sectors such as digital signage, integration, audio, among others. And in all cases, they work closely with leading AV technology manufacturers.
Undoubtedly, this joint work of AV companies is allowing to strengthen the industry, help it grow and provide tools to face the challenges of this changing market.
