International. Effective January 1, 2013, David Labuskes, CTS, RCDD will take over as the new Executive Director and CEO of InfoComm International, following the appointment by the Association's board of directors to replace Randal A. Lemke, Ph.D., who retires in December.
David Labuskes holds a bachelor's degree in International and Business Politics from Penn State University, and an MBA from Loyola University in Maryland. For more than 13 years, he has served as vice president of RTKL, now a division of Arcadis, one of the world's leading architecture and engineering firms.
Previously, he served as president and CEO of Premier, a systems design and consulting firm. He was also Executive Vice President of Accelerated Payment Systems.

The process of finding the new director and CEO of the association began a few months ago, analyzing executives with practical business experience that was a guarantee to keep the organization in a solid financial situation and continue to serve the industry with training, certification and networking opportunities.
David Labuskes will begin splicing work at InfoComm on November 26 and will assume ownership on January 1, 2013.
