Brazil. Christie announced the appointment of Vinicius Alves as the new service coordinator for the Brazilian market. It will be based at the facilities of Christie Digital Systems South America, located in São Paulo.
He will be responsible for coordination with Christie's service providers in Brazil, including training customers and partners on the proper use of Christie products.
With more than 20 years of experience in the audiovisual market, Vinicius began his career as an electronic technician in a large authorized service company, working for different manufacturers of audiovisual and broadcasting systems.
In the performance of his new role at Christie, Vinicius will establish technical relationships with partners seeking to strengthen their expertise in the installation and use of Christie products, offering training and certification programs and consolidating a specialized, high-level network with technical assistants. Vinicius will also ensure quick access for customers and partners to accessories and spare parts.
"It's an interesting challenge that I'm looking forward to with great interest. My main goal is to offer our partners in the region a high level of professionalism and efficiency in order to better serve their end customers," said Vinicius.
With this goal in mind, Christie is creating a training space at its São Pablo facility, to which engineers from the U.S. and Canadian headquarters will travel periodically, in order to offer seminars and training courses. "Christie is committed to offering partners an excellent level of service and this also means state-of-the-art training services for all our courses," vinicius said.
