Sennheiser launches wireless audio conferencing solution

Latin America. With work teams often geographically dispersed, fluid communication between all its members is essential to achieve greater efficiency. However, it is often difficult to conduct conferences without technical problems or with minimal sound quality. This has a direct impact on business performance.

A new study by Sennheiser and Millward Brown published in January 2016 revealed that successful companies have strong internal connections and meet with great assiduity. The study also found that barriers in sound quality and ease of use of the technology used for these meetings inevitably led to a lower frequency of meetings.

Sennheiser's TeamConnect wireless is the high-performance portable conferencing solution for up to 24 people that can be used by anyone, anywhere quickly and easily.

Its four units, one main and three satellites, are capable of detecting and transmitting the voices of up to 24 participants with amazing audio quality. The units are installed via DECT connection and turn any room into a conference room at the flick of a switch.

According to Jens Werner, portfolio manager at Sennheiser. "We've created an audio conferencing solution that can keep pace with any business. It is the simplest and fastest way to set up professional-quality conferences, no matter the user, device, room or mounting table. When we developed TeamConnect wireless we wanted remote conferencing to be as close as possible to when all participants are in the same room. The practical nature of its essential features – such as letting people join an ongoing conference at any time just by connecting another device – really shows that we have achieved this goal."

Connect smart devices, computers or landlines
Whether via Bluetooth or cable, connector or USB, TeamConnect Wireless offers several connectivity options where you can use your own device. Quickly connect your landline phone, smart device or computer. NFC makes connecting compatible devices effortless. Conference rooms could not be better equipped

Control everything with a tap
The system makes it easy for anyone to hold a conference anywhere, freeing users from the need for technical support. Simply slide the four units in the box and they are automatically connected and linked together. The touch control panel of the central unit is very intuitive and allows you to connect devices and control calls, while the satellite units have touch controls to mute and adjust the volume.
