Mexico. During the sixth edition of ELA Expo Lighting America, the first edition of the book ELA Insights & Inspiration was launched, an initiative that seeks to strengthen the professionalism of the lighting industry, seeking to position itself as a benchmark for decorative lighting.
"For years, the industry has remained closed and we want to contribute to its growth. In our country there is no similar document focused on lighting as a business, therefore, we decided to carry out this project, seeking the support of young people, who have an important trajectory in the segment, "said Mauricio Barrón, Show Director of the event.
The objective of this new publication is to generate a fresher vision that enriches lighting in Mexico, adapting to the industry of the new generations, exchanging and enriching the trends that are known today.
The book consists of two sections, each offering a different way of understanding the industry. On the one hand, Insisghts brings together the perspectives of more than a dozen experts who approach the events of lighting in Mexico. It includes aspects ranging from the relationship between the city, people and light without neglecting important issues such as education, industry and cultural identity.
On the other hand, Inspiration proposes a journey through the eyes of experts who outline four trends in consumer behaviors, companies, market and professional lighting: Smart, Brand new, Go Green! And Wellness.
