Mexico. After eight years in the market, the North American company Oracle LED wants to expand its market to Latin American countries, for which it has begun its opening from Mexico after signing a distribution and local technical support agreement with Vari Internacional.
Isaac Campos, CEO of Oracle LED, explained to AVI LATINOAMÉRICA that for two years he had his eyes on Mexico and had even sent some LED screens to his friends, but without local technical support it was very difficult to be able to be in the market, so they looked for a distributor that would allow them to provide that local technical support.
He added that one of the features of Oracle LED displays is their quality revised in detail, because that has been one of the goals since the company was founded. In addition, the training they give their customers so that they can take full advantage of the options that screens provide.
For his part, Octavio Chávez, deputy director of audiovisual sales and projects of Vari, stressed that Oracle LED complements the company's video portfolio, because today they have projectors, processing systems, equipment for cinema and now with LED screens they can offer customers an integral solution in terms of video.
Both executives stressed that one of the most important aspects that differentiates Oracle LED screens from other screens in the Mexican market is the quick response when requiring technical support, since Vari has certified personnel and the support of the factory, a fundamental aspect for those who use an LED screen in the rental area or live events.
