Joaquín Balmaceda, marketing manager of Dielsa, explained to AVI LATINOAMÉRICA that the company's participation for the first time in the last version of the DataNet Bicsi fair in Mexico was in order to publicize its solutions in this field.
"This year we have made a significant investment in data center cabinets so that our customers can have their solutions almost immediately. With Siemon we support all UTP cabling needs and everything focused on security solutions and we want to give integrators a backup of the entire project," he added.
During the eight years that Dielsa has been in the Mexican market, it has managed to consolidate itself in several regions of the country and today it is planning to open new headquarters, both in Mexico and in other countries in the region in the coming years.
On the exchange issue with the dollar, Joaquín Balmaceda said the last year has affected but the company has sought how to strengthen the relationship with its customers through different measures, such as having a fixed exchange rate for six months, everything depends on the client.
