Latin America. Miami Music Week is one of the most important electronic music events, which was held last March. To accompany the musicians' performances on stage, Elation's ACL 360 Bar LED Battens were used, which change color with beam output and continuous 360-degree rotation.
Held in the Wynwood neighborhood of Miami, the event was commissioned as lighting designer Neil Marsh, who has been dedicated to electronic music events for the past five years. It included 12 ACL360 Bar as part of the floor package, placed in vertical shoulder-height frames on stage to provide strong backlight and visual interest, both on camera and for the audience.
ACL accessories have been provided for the show by The Design Oasis (thedesignoasis.com), the largest rental company in South Florida. Neil said The Design Oasis CEO and co-founder Abbas Ritscher and John, the crew chief, were instrumental during the construction and the show itself.
"John, in particular, managed to reach the best haze I've ever seen outdoors with his dedication to the smoke machine and hazer placement. VJ Dave Kyle helped me as usual on the show and for this event I operated the lighting and ran all the video content for all the artists in the project," added Neil Marsh.
