Brazil. Leyard Brasil was the supplier of two LED screens to the Dufry store network at Brazil's second busiest airport, Galeão (Antonio Carlos Jobim), in Rio de Janeiro.
Now, passengers and consumers are greeted with high technology, by screens with 4 mm resolution, concave and 360 degrees, which convey welcome messages in several languages and other useful information.
"Dufry uses our panels very intelligently, attracting the attention of those who pass through there. We are very happy about this project, because in one year, more than 17 million people receive quality information, with quality," said Orlando Custódio, CEO of Leyard Brazil and Latin America.
Leyard has more than 21 years of experience in LED panels with a wide range of proprietary intellectual property, such as cross-channel back-up technology, which allows repairs to the system without turning it off; individual chromatic calibration, which ensures color uniformity through the LED display; 16-bit color processing, which ensures a dazzling image; and the position of the first company in the world to adopt Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) technology, which provides complete brightness adjustment without changing grayscale.
