News for sports and entertainment venues

Mexico. Panasonic de Mexico, through its Solutions Group, presented a series of specialized technologies and services to offer turnkey systems for sports stadiums, arenas and entertainment centers.

From the integration of complex digital signage systems for infotainment, or reliable multi-camera video surveillance systems, to mobile point-of-sale terminals to make the work of consumer centers more efficient, such as those described below.

A sports stadium is a good scenario to imagine the solutions that will make both users and workers of the venue receive accurate information and entertainment options, in a safe and very efficient space.

Digital signage for large venues
People who attend a sporting event or musical concert become a captive audience that spends a lot of time inside an enclosure, so it is necessary to keep them informed and at the same time provide them with entertainment options to make their stay as pleasant as possible. This also becomes an opportunity for the sponsors of the show to get their messages across and interact with the audience.

To solve these needs, Panasonic has signage solutions based on a robust IP system that distributes content through monitors located in the accesses, corridors, suites and consumption centers.

The Digital Media Center system uses Panasonic digital signage technology to integrate content into a server that is managed from a control center. The messages are distributed through an IP platform to reach the screens that guide the visiting public about the event in turn with information of general interest, promotions of the sponsors, repetitions of the main plays so that they do not lose detail of the matches or the live images of the concerts that take place in the venue.

The experience is complemented by large screens created from LED panels of high resolution and extraordinary performance. The panels are durable, lightweight and very easy to install to adapt the giant screens to the desired format and dimensions.  In some spaces it is possible to create belts of screens that cover the inner perimeter.

The image quality is extraordinary thanks to the use of LED modules with pixels of different diameters, to adjust to the needs of image resolution. Thanks to this technology, the screens will offer brighter images, great realism and color fidelity.

The screens inform and entertain the public with video content, replays of plays and statistics; they complement the experience of a show and are an excellent source of advertising revenue since your ads can be programmed according to the profile of the audience or show messages to interact with the public through social networks.

Point of Sale Solutions
Consumer centres represent an important source of income in the celebration of sporting or artistic events. To overcome the challenge of efficiently serving a large number of people in a short period of time, Panasonic has very compact point of sale terminals to adapt to small spaces, resistant to splashes or dust, and with bright screens to facilitate its operation under any lighting conditions.

Useful to avoid long lines during a show, serve the spectator in their own seat or the consumer of the official store of the local sports team, Panasonic mobile terminals are robust tablets with high contrast touch screen, bank card reader, long battery life and connectivity features to transmit information with great speed and security.
