Colombia. InfoComm International will hold on Thursday, November 3 in Medellin, Colombia, the workshop on the application of the ANSI/INFOCOMM Standard 1M-2009 Audio Coverage Uniformity in Enclosed Listener Areas — "ACU".
This standard presents a procedure for measuring spatial coverage and usage criteria for the design and commissioning of audio systems.
By participating in this hands-on class, participants will understand how to apply the Standard to design and measure the performance of their AV systems, as well as:
Learn a correct understanding of the design principles of a sound system for voice reinforcement.
Understand the procedures for installing and configuring a sound system for voice reinforcement.
Know which units of measurement and which tools to use for each type of measurement.
The ability to apply the ACU™ standard in projects and in the verification of sound systems in closed listening areas.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, November 3, between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., at the Diez Hotel. The cost for InfoComm members is US $30 and for non-InfoComm members: US $50.
