Colombia. After the union of the two football teams of the city, Atlético Nacional and Independiente Medellín, with the Mayor's Office of the city, the Atanasio Girardot stadium will have two giant screens.
The LED screens, which will be located on the north and south sides, will be of the latest technology, with HD (High Definition) resolution, equipped with a security system and energy replacement in case of power outage and allow interaction in real time via the internet.
Its size will be 15 meters x 5 meters with resolution of four color images, with brightness and levels of high resolution contrasts. It will have the best technology in terms of modern trends of flat images with brightness and virtual reality.
"These screens end up being a symbol of everything we can do for the city if we unite, having through the word respect, citizen culture and the culture of legality through sport," said the Mayor of Medellín, Federico Gutiérrez Zuluaga.
The idea of the two football teams, as well as the local administration, is to provide better options for stadium attendees and elevate the category of the venue as a world-class stage. The investment in the screens will cost 2 billion Colombian pesos.
