Mexico. In the offices of NTX, one of its distributors in Mexico, the benQ company presented its home projection line, which includes the W11000 and X12000 projectors.
The W11000 is the only 4K UHD DLP projector to achieve THX certification, ensuring cinematic performance to reproduce the precise experience of attending a commercial digital cinema. The X12000 is a 4K UHD projector that balances the wide-gamut high-brightness output of Philips ColorSpark HLDs with exclusive CinematicColor technology to accurately produce the DCI-P3 color space.
Apart from home theater projectors, BenQ also offers other home projectors with 1080p resolution - W1210ST, which offer the best entertainment and gaming experience for users to enjoy a big screen with their families and friends at home.
"The ultimate achievement of W11000 is to showcase the reach of BenQ's technology leadership," said Xavier Barrera, CEO of BenQ Mexico. "No other projector demonstrates the mastery of DLP, derived from the same technology in use in 100% of the world's IMAX cinemas, with UHD performance of 8.3 million pixels and THX certification."
Xavier added that "Bringing together two pinnacles of visual technology, X12000's pioneering CinematicColor technology leverages the high performance of ColorSpark HLD LED technology to bring DCI-P3 color quality to the home theater. DCI-P3 is the color standard of DLP digital cinema, derived from the same technology in use in all IMAX cinemas around the world.
