Mexico. Casio Mexico inaugurates the era of 4K projectors with the announcement of the local availability of its first Ultra HD projector, the LampFree XJ-L8300HN model, designed for professional use in large event and convention halls, digital signage applications, interactive exhibitions in museums, distance education, telemedicine, videoconferencing rooms for work groups in design projects, architecture or production of materials in which great detail is required in the image and precision in the reproduction of colors.
First introduced at the recent ISE 2017, and making its debut in Mexico, this LampFree projector of 4K Ultra HD resolution (3,840 x 2,160 pixels) and 5,000 lumens of brightness, reproduces exceptionally sharp images, displays up to 8.3 million pixels simultaneously to display with great clarity even the smallest detail in a photograph, and makes it easier to read texts in presentations of information tables, design, maps, or historical documents.
Thanks to texas Instruments' DLP chip, the LampFree XJ-L8300HN projector can not only display images in native 4K resolution, but upscaling photos and videos in Full HD, making them sharper and ready to be deployed on screens up to 150 inches with the best possible quality.
With 4K technology already being the standard on TV screens, computers and even mobile devices, Casio has adopted that standard of visual quality in its line of business and professional projectors, with the XJ-L8300HN as the first in its class. Globally, the market share for high-resolution models for enterprise use (1080p to 4K UHD) is projected to grow by up to 30% by 2020. (According to Futuresource Consulting Ltd. on high-resolution commercial projectors starting at 1080p.)
The XJ-L8300HN projector incorporates two HDMI Type A inputs, a USB port for playback of content stored on a flash memory or a compatible hard drive and a control port type RS-232C that allows integration with automated business systems. It also includes a lens shift function to adjust the projection position and supports the HDBaseT standard to facilitate 4K signal transmission from a remote location to the projector.
The LampFree 4K Ultra HD projector, XJ-L8300HN, will be available in Mexico from June 2017.
