Mexico. Epson announced the conclusion of the "Motorízate 2017" initiative, an activity with which it encouraged its distribution channel to achieve certain sales objectives. The competition, which ran from February 1 to March 31, culminated in the delivery of a Susuki Ignis GL car to its partner Avi & Tec.
The Japanese company, always in search of new strategies for customers, sales teams and partners, to be motivated to exceed their business objectives, launched this innovative dynamic that adds to the different strategies with which Epson recognizes the effort and trust of the distribution channel, in addition to fostering closer alliances with its customers.
The teams that participated in "Motorízate 2017" were the video projectors of the PowerLite line, models S31, X29, X36+, W29, W32, U32+ and 935W. Within the dynamic, each of the sales of these products translated into "horsepower" for distributors. The partner that accumulated the highest score would be awarded with the Susuki Ignis GL 2017 car, in the same way two Susuki AX4 motorcycles and four Susuki AX100 motorcycles were delivered to the following partners.
Adán Hernández Zavaleta, Ceo of Avi & Tech received the award as the undisputed winner on June 19, after exceeding its sales quota by more than 130 percent. The winners of the AX4 motorcycles were: Compudesk Mexico and PACS Computación, while the distributors: Luz Leticia Loza Pérez, Consumables Supplier of Durango; CMAX Technology and, Systems & Business Computing, each became creditors to the AX100 motorcycle.
To corroborate that this mechanic was developed with transparency and impartiality, Epson's Consumer Marketing area carried out rigorous counts to verify the progress of all participants, who demonstrated their enthusiasm and loyalty to the brand, responding in some cases with quotas above 100%.
"In Epson we feel supported by our business partners, this type of initiative is the way the company recognizes and values all the effort and trust we receive from the channel," said Emilio Murillo, Channel Sales Director of Epson Mexico, who presented these awards together with Carlos Rodríguez, Product Manager of Video Projectors of the same subsidiary.
