Latin America. The thirtieth version of the LDI Show proved to be a testament to the growing interest in the Elation product range, as the company continued its trend of launching innovative products.
The Artiste Series continued to make a name for itself with the launch of the Artiste Monet, a new 45,000 lumens LED profile light with the innovative SpectraColor system that won the LDI Award. CMY's compact Smarty Hybrid with an ultra-efficient 6,000-hour lamp was also recognized as a unique innovation by industry peers, receiving a PLSN award for Best Hybrid Accessory.
Interest in two other luminaires in the Artiste series, the Artiste Van Gogh, a powerful LED framewash luminaire, and the Artiste Picasso, one of the brightest and most functioning LED lighting luminaires on the market today, was also high.
A host of other innovative products received significant attention in a busy Elation booth, including the Proteus Profile, a new 45,000 lumens IP65-rated LED profile device that houses the same 950W LED motor as the Artiste Monet. In addition, as in the previous month's PLASA program, the RAYZOR 760 and Proteus RAYZOR 760 IP65-rated LED wash effects also generated a lot of attention with its unique TwinkLED LED twinkle effects system.
The Elation team kept busy showcasing these latest innovations, but perhaps the most popular personality at Elation's booth was Sales Director Eric Loader, who attended the show in the form of a maneuverable E-Bot with an iPad attached that allowed him to interact with customers and colleagues.
