By enabling remote support and management, we can bring standard uniformity to multi-site installations, anywhere in the world. Seamless solutions and an outstanding user experience are key and my experience with IBM will help me deliver technology that 'behaves' in ways that are totally familiar and expected by IT departments."

Announcing the news, Dr. Joseph Kramer, founder, president and president of Kramer, said, "We are incredibly excited to share this fantastic announcement. Itzhak's decades of experience in sales, service and operational management coupled with his deep knowledge of advanced networking and cloud technology will be invaluable assets as Kramer faces the ongoing challenges of the converged AV and IT industries."
