Uruguay. Ricoh Latin America announced the expansion of operations at its Distribution Center located in Uruguay. With this extension of capabilities and expansion of services, the former Ricoh Latin America (RDC) Distribution Center is now renamed ROC: Ricoh Operations Center.
This change is attributed to the fact that the location not only functions as a distribution center, but also in an Operations Center with the aim of establishing itself as a solid point of contact with both the customer and distributors.
Tabobá Falero, General Manager Ricoh South America Distribution Center – Uruguay explained: "Following our commitment to offer excellence in service to customers and distributors, Ricoh is committed to expanding our center in Uruguay. We are proud to have a location that will further strengthen our communication and efficiency in operations."
Currently, Ricoh Operation Center is centralized in two priority activities as a Regional Distribution Center and as a Regional Support Center. With this expansion, ROC becomes a centralized point of operations, with omnichannel attention and 24/7 service, with which both customers and distributors and dealers can count on a faster and more efficient attention.
This commitment of Ricoh Latin America was developed with the aim of providing a customer experience of the highest level, keeping in mind the evolution in business processes related to digital transformation, in which the client wants to have different options, to be able to communicate as he deems appropriate and, most importantly, with immediacy and at his fingertips.
