Since 2014, ShurePlus Channels has provided peace of mind to RF coordinators and the flexibility to move freely around event venue spaces, enabling precision, real-time remote monitoring and control of Shure wireless systems.
Users can control critical channel information such as audio levels, RF signal strength, and battery charge with compatible wireless systems such as Axient Digital, Axient, UHF-R, ULX-D, QLX-D, and PSM 1000.
"As a way to alleviate the additional costs for shure wireless users, the ShurePlus Channels app will now be free," said Corey Peoples, Shure's Global Product Manager. "Right now, it's more important than ever to understand and respond to the needs of the industry, which is why we've listened to feedback from our customers and decided to make the app free, until further notice."
With the ShurePlus Channels app, setup is quick and easy. Simply be connected to the Internet via Wi-Fi to automatically discover and connect to Shure's compatible networked hardware. Now you can add for free the remote control of the settings of the wireless channels. Unlock the feature for each supported product family so you can adjust frequency assignments, audio gain, mute, and more. When combined with the ShowLink remote control for Axient Digital systems, transmitter and receiver configurations can be adjusted both simultaneously, a powerful addition to the already market-leading pool of resources.
Visit the Apple App Store and download ShurePlus Channels for iOS. New users will not be charged any value upon completion of the purchase process.
