Chile. At the end of 2020, engineer Pablo Psijas was appointed as the new Country Manager for the Chilean market of the Brazilian company Seal Telecom. He spoke to AVI LATINOAMÉRICA about the appointment and the challenges in his new position.
AVI: Tell us a little about your career and interest in the AV industry
Pablo Psijas: Since my time as a student at the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, always very attracted by audio and video pro, I made some ventures in event production with my father, until one day finishing my studies in Electronic Civil Engineering, I decided to start working at Videocorp Chile, where I learned to work in the audiovisual market, I learned a lot during 10 years of career, leading high performance teams, we did nice projects, including many emblematic ones at the country level.
AVI: Will Seal Telecom have brand integration and/or representation in Chile as in its main office in Brazil?
Pablo Psijas: We are a project integrator company, just like in Brazil and the 7 countries where we are, our relationships with brands today are represented as certified integrators.
AVI: What are the objectives that this office will have in your charge?
Pablo Psijas: 2 years ago the office was established in Chile. Now we have a regional growth plan and it will begin to be more protagonist. Some of the objectives are:
- Market development of integration of technological projects, specifically building projects (BMS), audiovisual and electronic security.
- Serve our global and local customers, with the standards that characterize Seal, maintaining long-term relationships.
- Deliver the complete solution for our customers, from the automation of buildings,
AVI: What is the outstanding feature of Seal Telecom for its commitment to the Chilean market?
Pablo Psijas: The Seal Telecom culture, a company in which the customer is the center, providing the service levels of excellence is not an option, but the basis of everything.
