With the new line of AMM multipurpose speakers, consisting of two full-range speakers, the AMM108 and AMM112 models, and a complementary subwoofer, model AMS115, Bose Professional strengthens its offer of speakers for various professional applications, both for temporary use configurations and for permanent installations in various enclosures.
AMM speakers feature a two-way coaxial design and have been designed to deliver great performance in their multiple usage options. These models can be used as main speakers, monitors, reinforcements or delay's in temporary configurations or permanent installations, such as religious temples, venues for musical events and auditoriums.
Designed to deliver maximum flexibility, the AMM108 and AMM112 speakers can be used with a specific function in a system or used to perform multiple functions in the same system. The sound consistency of the current line of Bose AM array modules and Bose AMU utility speakers means that installers and system designers will be able to easily combine models from all three product lines, saving time when setting up an entire system.
Both the AMM108 and AMM112 offer a distinct advantage over other directional speaker designs: Bose's new patented Bose Beamwidth Matching Waveguide. This waveguide ensures Bose's original sound quality, delivering consistent frequency response, clarity and projection across the entire coverage area.
Located just behind the grille, the waveguide seals the acoustic volume of the woofer and features a unique ventilation pattern that controls low-frequency dispersion, aligning the high- and low-frequency beam widths in the crossover. The result is symmetrical and broadband sound coverage, and an extraordinarily powerful audio experience for both artists and audiences.
In addition to offering a low-frequency extension of up to 35 Hz and a peak output of 130 dB, the AMS115 complementary subwoofer features a 15" neodymium transducer, a lightweight housing and a pole-mount option with integrated M20 thread, making it ideal for use in various applications. This allows installers and system designers to combine an AMM108 speaker with the AMS115 for PA applications or the AMM112 speaker for booster applications, or pair the AMM112 speaker with the ShowMatch SMS118 subwoofer for use in higher power extended bandwidth systems. In addition, pairing with Bose PowerMatch and ControlSpace DSP amplifiers offers optimal speaker performance and protection, as well as sound delivery consistent with AM and AMU models.
AMM108 Multipurpose Speaker: Passive, with two-way coaxial design with a 1.7" compression driver and an 8" woofer, offers 110° x 60° coverage with a peak output of 128 dB. It weighs just 13kg, has an integrated handle, a 35mm pole holder and six integrated M10 threaded inserts.
AMM112 Multipurpose Speaker: Two-way coaxial design with a 3" compression driver and a 12" woofer, offers 110° x 60° coverage with a peak output of 131 dB. It weighs just 22kg, has integrated carrying handles, a 35mm pole holder and seven integrated M10 threaded inserts.
MULTIPURPOSE SUBWOOFER AMS115: 15" transducer with a low frequency extension of up to 35 Hz and a peak output of 130 dB. It weighs 28 kg and has an integrated M20 threaded post mounting system and 12 M10 threaded inserts for suspension in permanent installations.
