Panasonic presented solutions to manage restaurants

panasonicLatin America. The restaurant industry has been one of the most affected post COVID, therefore, they have had to innovate, revolutionize and change the way of running the business. A simple example: change physical menus to QR.

Let's not forget that, the great success of this sector is the speed and warmth, therefore, Panasonic shows its full service technological proposals focused on the QSR sector (Quick Service Restaurant) with specific solutions to improve the operation of the business and seek to increase sales through tools to facilitate cross selling techniques, up selling, line buster, among others.

Digital Menu Board: This concept consists of a comprehensive content management and digital signage solution; from the services of adaptation of design, deployment and programming, to the installation of equipment (networks, screens, video players) in each branch. It is worth mentioning that they also optimize the management of the contents that are displayed on the screens of fast food restaurants in order to control, from the information of promotions, products and prices, to the frequency, schedules and locations in which they are shown to the public in the consumption centers. The creation of this content is part of the solution, as design, animation and video tools are taken advantage of with multi-screen deployment options, resulting in dynamic pieces that capture the attention of the public.

Self Ordering Kiosk: it has a 27-inch touch screen, HD camera, a Fiserv payment terminal, thermal printer and custom software, which allows customers to be in control at each of the stages of their purchase. Thanks to this technology the consumer has a better experience, since it reduces waiting times allowing consumers to order and pay on demand. In turn, it displays the right menu items and messages in front of customers at the right time, such as; coupons, promotions or supplements for the order, generating an increase in the size of your order by 20% or more.

"Self Ordering Kiosk makes food service faster and more personal. This, by providing restaurants with an immersive, personalized and much faster experience," said Darío Delgado, New Business Development Manager of the Solutions Division at Panasonic Mexico.

POS Terminals: The Pos Stingray III models are a point-of-sale terminal designed to withstand the rough use and environmental conditions of the QSR world. These terminals are easily integrated into customer service systems for Drive-Thru applications, which stand out both for their robustness and intelligibility, so that communication with the client is accurate and very reliable.

Undoubtedly, these technological solutions help the restaurant sector to have ease, speed, financial security and the least possible contact, achieving with this, an integration that is valuable for your business and ideal for the new normal.
