DSS Europe 2019 will put the customer first

International. At this year's Digital Signage Summit, more than 30 experts will explore how the digital signage industry and DooH can create better experiences for customers.

DSS Europe is the strategy event in Europe that explores the business and technology of Digital Signage and Digital-out-of-home (DooH). Now in its fourteenth year, it offers a unique combination of keynotes, conference channels, awards and exhibition exhibitions involving some of the world's leading digital signage experts, thought leaders and leading technology and service providers. It takes place in a five-star airport hotel, ensuring an ideal premium environment for learning and networking.

The theme of this year's DSS Europe conference is "Customer-centric in the age of personalisation, experiences and artificial intelligence". The two-day event will explore tools for creating customer-centric experiences, present best practices in AI-based analytics, and analyze trends and digital drivers across various vertical markets.

DSS Europe will run from 3 to 4 July 2019 and returns to the newly expanded Hilton Munich Airport in Germany. The event is a joint venture between Integrated Systems Events, producers of the Integrated Systems Europe exhibition, and Invidis Consulting, a leading German digital signage consultancy.

Finally, solutions are being put in place that promise to deliver the personalized customer journeys the industry has been looking for for many years, and deliver them in new and different ways. At the same time, the digital signage value chain continues to evolve as new players enter the market and established players re-examine how they can best add value."

Mike Blackman, CEO of Integrated Systems Events, commented: "The Digital Signage Summit is simply the best business strategy conference for Digital and Digital Signage Professionals Outside the Home. Our partners at Invidis Consulting know the industry better than anyone, so attendees can look forward to two days full of information and best practices that will help their businesses thrive in this rapidly changing market."

After years of frustration, the time is set for analysis and the "storage cookie". DSS Europe will present best practice approaches and lessons learned, as well as a panel on how to address public concerns about analytics, in particular with regard to privacy and data protection.

Sessions on the requirements for outdoor signage and on consolidation and changes in the digital signage value chain will also be included in the agenda.
