Mexico. Israel Díaz joins Christie's team in Latin America as the new Business Development Manager of the Enterprise division, a newly created position of the company in the region. Israel will be based in Mexico City and will be responsible for the growth and development of Christie's business in Latin America.
Israel is an architect and has 15 years of experience in the design, specification and execution of professional projects in audio, video, special engineering and automation and control systems.
He joins Christie after almost seven years at GESAB, a leading company in the management of control centers and critical environments 24/7, where he held various positions, including pre-sales manager and commercial manager.
"I am very grateful and excited to join the Christie team in Latin America and take on this challenge with the support of the best technical/commercial team," he says. "I have always understood innovation as a necessity in my personal and professional development, and at Christie it is one of the pillars that mark its business culture, with solutions of a widely recognized quality," he adds.
Israel continues: "My 15 years of experience on the side of the integrator and even the end customer have sharpened my sense of priority for reliable technologies that would solve my requirements. And now that I am in this position I understand firsthand the needs that customers have and I intend to stay close to them to always be their first choice."
One of Israel's responsibilities, which will report to Renan Lazcano, Territory Sales Manager of Christie's Enterprise division in Mexico, will be to demonstrate to customers that the company has the right technology to solve their projects in an innovative way. "It's not just about delivering boxes, but about developing comprehensive professional visualization projects that guarantee their operational continuity," he says.
Renan Lazcano said: "We are very excited about the addition of Israel to Christie. His extensive experience in different areas and positions of responsibility in the AV/IT sector will be fundamental to identify relevant opportunities and expand our business relationships, strengthening our structure in the region. Undoubtedly, his work will be crucial for the development of our business in Mexico and Latin America, building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients."
The addition of Israel follows that of Alexandre Alves as Christie's Service Coordinator in Latin America. With this new organization, the company wants to fully exploit the growth that its products live in the region, especially in the segment of LED screens and videowalls, where Christie offers a wide variety of sizes, brightness and pixel pitch for all budgets.
