Latin America. Fohhn Audio AG announces the update of the Line series, now in its most recent version: LXP. Improved acoustics and performance, higher SPL level and Passive Beam Steering system with built-in tilt to optimize system coverage.
Built-in acoustic dispersion for vertical mounts
The LXP series of Fohhn has, within its different versions, a novel improved acoustic design that incorporates an angulation of 5 ° in the dispersion of the speaker, providing a wide range of possibilities for architectural implementation to wall in multiple types of project.
Beam Steering Technology
The line source loudspeakers of Fohhn's new LXP product range have passive acoustic directivity technology incorporated into their design, offering an accessible architectural solution for fixed and mobile installations in different scenarios. The inclination of the systems provides multiple acoustic advantages for users, such as the optimization of coverage and sound impact efficiency in the audience areas of each venue.
Verticals and Applications
The catalog of applications and project types where it is possible to implement LXP systems is wide and robust. From Auditoriums, Conference Rooms, Boardrooms, Training and Press Rooms, to Churches and Houses of Worship, Fohhn's new LXP series was designed to exceed users' architectural and sound expectations.
Venues with complex acoustic requirements are one of LXP's main targets, because they provide a homogeneous distribution of sound pressure and focus energy in audience areas thanks to the inclination of their dispersion angle. Avoiding unwanted acoustic reflections caused by the different surfaces of the enclosure is also a key point for designers of audio solutions.
Models and technical characteristics
LXP has been launched as an evolution of Fohhn's LX series, with four main models of passive linear speakers, incorporating 4" drivers and with sound pressure levels reaching 127dB in its most robust version.
