USA USA InfoComm International presented its new Young AV Award to two of the most promising young professionals in the industry. Steve Garber, president of BP Marketing Group LLC, started his sales and marketing company in 2001 with a represented manufacturer and has gone on to complete more than 16 represented in 18 states. He is recognized for his extreme work ethic and commitment to resellers and consultants of audiovisual equipment, as well as his decisive role in uniting APC and Chief, to create several new products.In turn, James Maltese, CTS-D, CTS-I, president of Audio Visual Resources, Inc. is directly responsible for the growth and development of all operations staff and the constant improvement of AVR's quality management system. With engineering degrees from MIT and Stanford University, Maltese is renowned for patience in working with demanding clients.
