
Although individual attendance fell by 12%, the number of companies continues to grow, and of these, more than 50% made key decisions.
More than 400 exhibitors, including more than 70 new companies, showcased the latest technologies and new products available in the integrated electronic systems industry, focused on energy efficiency, adapted applications and 3D technology.
Ken Erdmann, president of Cedia, said that "at a time when many companies are restricting their operations, Cedia continues to be the main event in which professionals are committed to looking for the tools and products that can strengthen their businesses."
"At this fair we showed the new advances in technology, we considered it was very important for us, there was a very good attendance and the show has been a success," said Sara Schiffler, Chief's marketing manager.
For Manuel Montoya, director of Crestron in Latin America, the company he represents confirmed in this show the importance and growth of the residential industry in audio, video and lighting. "For us it was a success and we were able to meet all expectations," he explained.
