United States. After appearing for the first time at Cedia Expo 2010, The Future Technology Pavilion returns to the fair in 2011 to exhibit new technologies created for the home. This year, it will simulate the environment of a house of the future with single rooms and new developments for the kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom, home office and garage.
In the same way, the organizers of Cedia Expo 2011, which will take place between September 7 and 10, in Indianapolis, have stated that other highlights of the pavilion will be video screens, smart appliances, wireless energy for cooking, and health and well-being that will be fully integrated into household products.
For Dave Pedigo, senior director of technology for Cedia, "this pavilion is designed to anticipate the new trends that will be integrated into home technology systems in the coming months and years. Attendees will not only be able to observe these advances but will take advantage of these cutting-edge technologies in the near future."
The Technology of the Future Pavilion will be open during all the days of the fair between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., except on Saturday 10 September when its exhibition will end at 5:00 p.m.
