2MGNET made presentation of Playsation 4 in Argentina

Argentina. The rental and staging company 2MGNET was in charge of the audiovisual production and the configuration of the launch in Buenos Aires of the new version of Playsation 4. For this event he used two units of the Di-Ventix IIs switchers (Ref. DVX8044) and one pulse (Ref. PLS300), both from the company Analog Way.

For the event, three screens were available (one main and two side); which required 2MGNET to provide independent power for each.

The installation required two MacPro (one main, one backup, each with a TripleHead2Go Matrox), a laptop for PowerPoint presentations, another MacPro for presentations, and SDI cameras for IMAG.

The first two MacPros used a Matrox TripleHead2Go, to be able to use the panoramic content that was displayed through the three screens at the same time. Matrox outputs #1 and #3 were connected to the first Di-Ventix II with matrix mode adjustment for the two side displays, while output #2 was connected to the second Di-Ventix II in mixer mode, for the center display. This allowed for screen-independent content at the same time as the panoramic content of the other screens.

In order to maximize the input capabilities of the second Di-Ventix II, 2MGNET used a Pulse as an upstream source to switch between SDI cameras, computers and continue with the logo content and Pulse frame memory .

This setting made it easy to change scenes on all three screens from panoramic content to individual feeds of the screen offered by IMAG and other custom content.
